The School

The Jenelle Duncan Memorial Christian School is a dynamic elementary school in the North of the Philippines that currently educates 70 students.  in August 2024, our first grade 6 class started, meaning that we are now a  full-fledged elementrary school.

Teacher Julius

Teacher Julius

Julius is the head teacher at the JDMCS and does a fantastic job of making sure the school provides a high level of education to all the students.  The school wide activities organised by Julius are a highlight of the school year.

Teacher Linda

Teacher Linda

Linda is our longest serving teacher. She has been teaching at the JDMCS since 2018. She is currently our Kinder teacher - she runs a morning class and an afternoon class for our youngest students.
Teacher Aliza Mae

Teacher Aliza Mae

Aliza Mae has always dreamed of being a teacher. "I have come to realize that teaching is not just a profession, but a calling—a mission to shape young minds and make a lasting impact on their lives. I am grateful to work in an environment where I can share not only knowledge but also Christian values that guide my students as they grow.". Aliza Mae currently teaches Grade 5.

Nina is teaching grade 4.   She says that teaching "is a role that I take to heart every day as I help my students not only learn but grow into compassionate and responsible individuals. I teach with patience, empathy, and a commitment to communication—values that I hold dear and that I strive to instill in my students."

Mona Liza is our grade 3 teacher.  She has been with us this year and has already become an important member of the team. She feels that she has built a connection and trust with her students.

Mernel is teaching in Grade 2 this year.  She beleives that "teaching is not just a profession for me; it’s a calling. I am dedicated to making a positive impact on my students’ lives and empowering them to succeed in an ever-changing world"

Doly is teaching Grade 1.
